Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) “is the application of red and near infra-red light over injuries or lesions to improve wound and soft tissue healing, reduce inflammation and give relief for both acute and chronic pain.” (THORlaser.com). Pairing this treatment with Rolfing makes for an excellent combination. Many Certified Rolfers have been integrating LLLT into their practices for years with great results. LLLT can be helpful in reducing acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain, reducing inflammation and supporting over all healing.
